My law practice focuses on the areas of personal injury, real property litigation, and insurance law. In the area of personal injury, I have experience handling a broad range of cases from motor vehicle accident injuries to slip and falls and other premises injuries. I also have successfully litigated claims against government hospitals and represented employees, such as railroad employees who have been injured and have a claim under the federal tort claims acts.

I have a science background and earned a Masters Degree in Chemistry. This background has provided me with an understanding of the more technical aspects of many issues and has proven to be very useful in dealing with complex personal injury and other types of litigation.

My firm has all of the resources that larger firms offer, but as a small firm we can provide personal service to our clients that is usually unavailable from large firms. This means that clients can expect me to return phone calls promptly. I will keep you informed on the status of your case every step of the way. My staff and I speak to our clients about their concerns in plain language. I regularly travel to meet clients and their families in hospitals, nursing homes, and their homes.

My staff and I understand the stress and anxiety that many clients feel when confronted with matters like personal injuries or property disputes. I will do everything that I can to make your experience with the legal process as free from emotional frustration as possible. My philosophy is to listen, advise, and counsel. My clients tell me that they appreciate the fact that I care about them as well as their case.

My years of experience and tough-minded advocacy on behalf of my clients frequently enable me to reach a timely and successful resolution with opposing lawyers through negotiation and settlement. But, I will not hesitate to proceed to a jury verdict when it is in the best interest of a client.
